If your item is defective, please attach pictures so we can promptly process your return or exchange.
The returned item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You can return the product for a full refund or exchange it for another item or size within this period.
The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost, except in cases where the item is defective. Please note that returns need to be sent to Ontario, Canada.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
